1. Scope and contact

This policy applies to the website, VPN subscriptions, accounts and support features provided by NvN at https://nvn.moe. “We” means the NvN service administration; “you” means a visitor or user of the service.

Service provider: NvN Limited (NvN). Country: United Kingdom. Website: https://nvn.moe. Public contact email: contact@nvn.moe.

Send privacy, account and data rights enquiries to contact@nvn.moe, or submit a website ticket after signing in. Email remains available if you cannot sign in; you can also try password recovery.

2. Information we process

Account information: your registration email, user ID, securely hashed password, authentication credentials or session identifiers, and profile information you choose to provide. Do not send support your password, verification codes or complete subscription tokens.

Service and security information: access IP addresses, browser or client information, access and login times, authentication and operation records; subscription plan, expiry, traffic usage, and technical records necessary for quota management, device limits, node operation and troubleshooting.

Order information: order ID, purchased service, amount, currency, payment method, payment status and transaction references returned by payment providers.

Content you submit: ticket text and attachments, and nicknames, messages or profile information submitted through optional features such as chat. Other participants may see chat content; do not post sensitive information.

3. Purposes and grounds

We use this information to manage accounts, authenticate users, deliver subscriptions, calculate usage and orders, handle support and refunds, protect the service, diagnose faults, and send verification codes or necessary service notices.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing relies on performing a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests such as service security where permitted, or consent for a specific optional purpose. Reading this policy is not consent to every optional use. Without necessary information, the relevant feature may not be available.

4. Payments and providers

When you select a third-party payment method, such as a payment processed by Platega, we provide the order and transaction information necessary to process payment and receive the payment result. Available methods are shown at checkout. Payment providers and banks may process identity, payment and fraud-prevention information under their own rules.

NvN account and ticket workflows do not require full card numbers, CVV codes or banking passwords. Complete payment only on the secure page designated by the payment provider.

We use hosting, CDN, email, payment and technical providers as needed to operate the service. Necessary information may also be disclosed for lawful regulatory requests, dispute resolution or your express instructions. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies, local storage and external links

The website uses cookies or browser local storage for sign-in, language, theme and related preferences. Restricting or clearing this storage may sign you out or remove your settings.

The integrated Vercel Web Analytics service may be used for visit and page-use statistics. External download, payment and other third-party pages handle visit data under their own privacy policies and are not directly controlled by this policy. We will obtain separate consent before non-essential processing where the law requires it.

6. Retention and deletion

Account and subscription information is retained while needed to provide account services. Order, support and security records are retained for the time needed for service delivery, disputes, security investigations and applicable statutory retention duties. Retention differs by record type, and we review whether continued retention is necessary.

You can request account closure or deletion through a ticket. Information needed for legal duties, unresolved transactions or disputes may not be deleted immediately; its use should remain limited to those purposes. Other information no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised.

7. International processing

Servers, CDN infrastructure or service providers may be outside your country or region, so information may be processed in other jurisdictions. We will implement the transfer grounds and safeguards required by applicable law. You can ask support about the processing arrangements relevant to your data.

8. Your choices and rights

You can edit supported account details and use a ticket to request access, correction, deletion or export of personal information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaints to a supervisory authority. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior consent-based processing.

We may verify the connection between a request and the account to prevent unauthorised disclosure; we will not ask for your account password for this purpose. If a request involves another person, legal retention or security concerns, we will explain what can be done and respond within applicable legal deadlines.

9. Security and account protection

We use measures such as HTTPS, access controls, password hashing and necessary security checks. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure. Protect your password, sessions and subscription links; change compromised credentials and contact support if you notice suspicious activity.

10. Minors and updates

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over who can enter into a binding contract. Contact support if you believe a minor has provided information without appropriate authorisation.

The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes to purposes, recipients or user rights will be explained through website announcements, account notices or an appropriate contact channel. We will obtain fresh consent where legally required.
